Nanw Rowlands

Nanw Rowlands is a Casting Director, specialising in Film and TV.

Nanw has worked in the industry for over 15 years, initially casting crowd for studio feature films including Disney's CINDERELLA and Marvel's CAPTAIN AMERICA. She was subsequently Casting Associate to Lucy Bevan on films such as THE HUNTSMAN (Charlize Theron, Emily Blunt, Jessica Chastain) and MOWGLI (Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Benedict Cumberbatch).

Nanw Rowlands Casting was set-up in 2017 whilst casting ESCAPE FROM PRETORIA (Daniel Radcliffe, Ian Hart); other credits include CENSOR (Niamh Algar, Michael Smiley), OUTSIDE THE WIRE (Anthony Mackie, Damson Idris) for Netflix, THE MAN IN THE HAT (Ciarán Hinds, Stephen Dillane), A DARK PLACE (Andrew Scott, Denise Gough) and KALEIDOSCOPE (Toby Jones). Upcoming projects include EARWIG  for BFI/Film4 and THE COLOUR ROOM for Sky. Nanw frequently carries out UK casting for US film and TV, such as Sylvester Stallone's CREED II, Neil Burger's VOYAGERS (Colin Farrell, Tye Sheridan), plus Amblin's upcoming features, DISTANT and THE FABELMANS (dir. Steven Spielberg).

Nanw is pronounced "NAN-oo"; she is Welsh and she speaks Welsh fluently. She studied English Literature at Oxford University and now lives and works in central London.
